I was frustrated with how long it took to get my refund sorted. At first I thought it would be a quick thing, and I was trying to be patient, but after waiting around and having to follow up, it got really annoying. I’m glad it finally got handled, but the whole process left me feeling disappointed.

I wasn’t totally sure how the colour would turn out from the photos, but it ended up being really close to what I expected. I ordered the dusky pink silk pillowcase and, at least to me, it looks very similar to the pictures on the site.

In natural daylight it might be a little softer than I thought, but not in a bad way at all. There’s no odd orange tone or overly shiny fake look, which I was slightly worried about.

Overall I’m really happy with it. Colour matching online can be a bit of a gamble, but I’d probably trust their photos again based on this.

I got my silk piece last week , and honestly , it feels really well made . The seams are clean , I didn’t spot any loose threads , and it hangs nicely without looking too fancy or overdone . You can tell someone actually took their time with it . It is a bit pricey , sure , but the craftsmanship feels worth it to me

They do have some nice-looking stuff, but the prices feel a little too high to me. I’m just not sure the quality really matches what they’re charging.

The pillowcase feels really nice and cool to sleep on, and it does seem like real silk to me (at least based on the feel). I just wish the order came with clearer info or some kind of proof about the material. Overall it’s not bad at all, but I’m still a little unsure.

So in the end I’m glad I tried it. The discount made the order feel much easier to justify, and I appreciate when a brand doesn’t make offers feel like a puzzle. I’d probably buy again, especially if there’s another code floating around when I’m in one of those browsing-but-not-browsing moods.

I ordered from thisissilk.com because I was hoping it would help with overheating at night. To be fair, it does feel cooler than my old pillowcase when I first lie down, and it’s definitely smooth and nice against my skin.
That said, a few hours later I still wake up feeling warm sometimes, so it wasn’t really the fix I thought I was buying. It’s decent, but the cooling claims maybe made it sound a little more effective than it actually was for me.

I really liked how it looked at first, but Mine started wearing out after just a few washes. kinda disappointing because it seemed decent out of the package...

I ordered a silk pillowcase from thisissilk.com i’m happy with it so far. My brain has a simple test for bedding: do I wake up feeling less annoyed? In this case, yes. I don’t seem to get as hot during the night, and my hair is less all-over-the-place in the morning. It’s not some dramatic life-changing thing, but it does make sleeping feel a bit more comfortable. The return went through in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I was waiting a while for updates and for the refund to come through, which got a bit frustrating. Maybe this is normal and other people have had the same wait, but I was expecting it to move a little faster. Not terrible overall, just mildly annoying

Okay, I did not expect to love a pillowcase this much, but here we are. It feels ridiculously soft and smooth, like my face is being treated like royalty every time I lie down. I’m probably being dramatic, but it makes my bed feel instantly more luxurious. Really, really nice.

I bought this silk pillowcase mostly because my cheeks were getting so dry and red when I woke up, and I was kind of at the point of just trying random things. After using it for a few weeks, my skin does feel calmer somehow, like I’m not waking up as blotchy, if that makes sense. Also fewer pillow lines, which is nice.

It’s not like some huge overnight miracle or anything, but it does seem to help. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the delivery took longer than I thought it would. Otherwise, yeah, I’m glad I switched.
